By requesting and booking an appointment with Brow Lounge Perth, you hereby agree to the following:
PAYMENT:
Deposit is to be made via the booking link and card information will be stored to your account (See Privacy Policy for further information)
Payment is then to be finalised at the completion of your appointment via Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (AMEX, MasterCard & Visa.

ATTENDANCE:
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment.
Brow Lounge Perth operates on a back-to-back appointment basis late arrivals can not be accommodated.
Arriving substantially late may result in your appointment being cancelled and being charged the ‘No Show’ fee.

CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING
No cancellations or changes to be made to the booking within 48 hours. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, booking fee will be forfeited and further charges may apply.
Any charges for missed appointments or late notice cancellations will be charged directly to saved card on file. If this is not processes within 48 hours of appointment time, you will not be able to make future bookings with Brow Lounge Perth.

NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS
Although we are very understanding to last minute emergencies, we do still ask you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling any appointments to avoid these fees.
Brow Lounge Perth does not tolerate no shows. Cancellations within 12 hours or no shows will result in the full appointment cost will be charged to your allocated card that was used upon booking.
CONTACTING TO CANCEL
If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact Brow Lounge Perth via email or direct text message.
Replying to your appointment auto-mated text message or via social media with no response is not an adequate way of cancelling and until your appointment is confirmed as cancelled, it will still remain in the booking system.
GUESTS AND CHILDREN
As the Brow Lounge Perth salon is a small and intimate beauty salon with dangerous items being easily accessible for treatments (sharps, poisons, hot wax, chemicals etc.), guests and children are not permitted to attend appointments with the client. (Unless requested prior directly to Brow Lounge Perth and approval is received)
