To safeguard the interests of our small business and our esteemed team, we have implemented a cancellation policy that applies to all late cancellations and no-shows.

• Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total appointment invoice

• Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or change your booking, your deposit will be kept as a credit for future bookings or roll over to rescheduled bookings as long as cancellation terms are met.

• We do not condone no-shows and full payment of the expected service fee must be made before any rebooking. In the event of an emergency, House of Artistry may waive the cancellation fee at its sole discretion.

We appreciate your understanding, loyalty, and support that enable us to extend our services to our passionate team of artists.

No shows are NOT tolerated. Any cancellations made with under 24 hours notice will be charged full appointment cost. If this is not paid within 24 hours of the appointment, you will no longer be able to book an appointment with any of the business's at House of Artistry.

No cancellations/changes are to be made to bookings within 3 days of appointment. If you are needing to cancel within this timeframe, booking fees will be forfeited.

Cancellations with notice under 48-24 hours - 50% of the remaining appointment cost will be charged to the allocated card on file and booking fee is forfeited.

Booking fees are under no circumstance refundable or transferable to another person. With correct notice, they will be held on your account for up to 6 months unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.

Being over 10-15 minutes late will result in cancellation of the appointment and no-show/late cancellation fees will apply.

Additionally, please do your best to arrive no more then 5-10 minutes earlier to your allocated appointment time.

Out of respect for other clients experiences, please do not bring children to your appointments unless they are able to sit well in a pram and/or are breastfed. We understand this can be difficult but unfortunately our salon is not child-friendly.

Please do not attend your appointment unwell/contagious with any illness. You will be turned away on the day if you do attend unwell and fees may apply.

Our salon contact information will only be responded to strictly during business hours only. Please do not reply to any automated text messages/appointment reminder texts to reschedule and/or cancel bookings.
